I like to think of myself as honorary Chinese because of the ” Lee ” in my name and my insatiable passion for Chinese food, so needless to say I was excited to create some Asian themed dance images.
These images feature an inspiring young dancer /choreographer named Pamela Tzeng.
She is currently working on a new piece entitled ” To be or not to be: A Very Important Verb” The dance choreography builds on a theme of a young women’s struggle with her traditional Chinese identity and her identity as a modern Chinese woman.
The falling rice almost took on a second character while we were producing the images. It was fun to light and much easier to clean up than water! See more Dancers here.
